Progress Week 3

  1. Hi Stella. Im so happy to reach ur blogs. Im Christina from KK. Recently, I have started to eat healthy and work out. The problem is I have never been a sporty person. Honestly, I never exercise willingly unless for school events. However, i have put some weight this year and this is frustrating. Im 159cm and at this moment 51kg. I have lost 5kg(the weight i have gain since early this year til last week) and i wish to make it to 48kg. Im trying to do some abs work out but I dont know which one is the best. Can u give me some advice on that? And i wish to have ur email so that i can keep in touch with u regarding my progress. Hope to hear from u soon. TQ

  2. Hi dear Christina, how coincident! I myself never been sporty, hardly ever sweat even throughout sekolah menengah haha, thats why i took up bowling cause its indoor :P

    Well losing 3 kg won't be difficult at all, i believe you can surely make it happen in 2 weeks or less :)

    Abs workout is very simple, you just need 1-2 different abs routine and stick to it until results starts to show.

    This is what I did for my abs when I just started. Take note:

    Routine 1. Push-ups (10x)
    Routine 2. Sit-ups (10x)

    Repeat Routine 1 and 2 for 3 times.

    If this is your first time doing this, please go slow and take your time. Take as many breaks as you need.

    I started with 10 as well, but now I am doing 30. Your body will eventually become stronger once those muscles loosen up for you to do more.
